The TekBox TBPCP4-100H60 is an RF pulse current monitoring probe designed for surge and RF pulse current monitoring in the time domain. It features a characterized frequency range from 1 Hz to 100 MHz with a 3 dB bandwidth of 130 Hz to 60 MHz. The larger 46 mm aperture accommodates conductors in various applications while maintaining accurate transfer impedance of 0.5 V/A into 50 Ω loads and 1 V/A into high-impedance loads.
