The TekBox TBPCP3-2H40 is an RF pulse current monitoring probe designed for surge and RF pulse current monitoring in the time domain. It features a characterized frequency range from 0.1 Hz to 100 MHz with a 3 dB bandwidth of 2 Hz to 40 MHz. The probe offers transfer impedance of 0.1 V/A into 50 Ω loads and 0.2 V/A into high-impedance loads, making it suitable for precise current measurements in transient and RF applications.
