The TekBox TBPCP3-20H70 is a general-purpose RF pulse current monitoring probe with a 15 mm aperture, characterized from 0.1 Hz to 100 MHz. Featuring a 3 dB bandwidth of 20 Hz to 70 MHz and balanced transfer impedance, this probe is well-suited for time-domain surge and RF pulse current measurements across a broad range of industrial and laboratory applications. An N female connector with included BNC-female adapter enables flexible integration into test systems.
