Overview
The TekBox TBPCP3-100H80 is an RF pulse current monitoring probe with a 15 mm aperture, characterized from 0.1 Hz to 100 MHz. Featuring a 3 dB bandwidth from 100 Hz to 80 MHz and higher transfer impedance for improved sensitivity, this probe is designed for time-domain RF pulse and surge measurements in applications requiring extended high-frequency response. An N female connector with included BNC-female adapter allows flexible test setup integration.
