Overview
The Keysight B2981A is a graphical picoammeter that confidently measures small currents with 0.01 fA (0.01 × 10⁻¹⁵ A) resolution. It features a 4.3 inch color LCD with graphical user interface providing trend charts and histogram data in addition to numeric information, enabling capture of transient behavior and quick statistical analysis without requiring a PC connection.
