Overview
The Keysight (formerly Agilent) B1505A is a Power Device Analyzer and Curve Tracer providing the only single-box solution for characterizing high-power devices from sub-picoamp to 3000 volts and 40 amps. The ten-slot modular construction allows configuration with separate high-current (HCSMU) and high-voltage (HVSMU) modules, plus high-power SMU (up to 1 A/200 V) and multi-frequency capacitance measurement (up to 5 MHz).
