Overview
The Keysight N6736B is a 50 W basic DC power module that provides programmable output voltage and current with integrated measurement and protection features. Designed for use in modular power systems, it supports both lab bench testing and automated test equipment (ATE) applications through compatible N6700 series mainframes.
