Overview

The Keysight N6700B is a 400W, 1U high modular power system mainframe designed for ATE and production test environments. It accepts 1 to 4 N6700 series DC power modules in any combination, providing flexible power solutions from 20W to 300W per module. The system features standard GPIB, LAN, and USB interfaces with LXI Class C compliance.
