Overview
The Siglent SEM5012A is an electronic calibration module designed for high-frequency vector network analyzer calibration and error correction up to 9 GHz. Compatible with Siglent's SHA800A, SVA1000X, SNA5000X, SNA5000A, and SNA6000A series analyzers, it provides precise calibration reference for millimeter-wave and high-frequency microwave applications.
